Welcome to Parth Rental. By booking and renting vehicles (cars, SUVs, scooters, or bikes) from us, you enter into a binding agreement. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and safe experience for both you (the renter) and our business.
1. Eligibility & Documents
- Age Limit: The driver must be at least 21 years of age for car rentals, and 18 years for two-wheelers.
- Driving License: An Original & Valid Driving License must be shown at pickup. Learner licenses are strictly prohibited.
- ID Proof: Original Aadhaar Card (or Passport for foreigners) is mandatory. Photos or digital copies in phones are not accepted as standalone proof.
2. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before handing over the vehicle keys.
- Deposit amounts vary between ₹1000 - ₹5000 based on the selected vehicle class.
- It is fully refundable at the time of drop-off, provided there are no scratches, dents, or traffic challans issued during your rental period.
3. Fuel Policy
We operate on a strict Same-to-Same fuel policy.
- The vehicle is delivered with a specific fuel level marked in your contract.
- You must return the vehicle with the exact same fuel level. If returned with less fuel, the difference amount will be deducted directly from your security deposit. No refunds are given for extra fuel.
4. Damages, Accidents & Fines
- Minor Damages: Repair costs for scratches, dents, or tyre punctures will be deducted from your deposit.
- Major Accidents: The renter is liable to pay for the garage repair cost up to the insurance deductible limit.
- Traffic Fines (Challans): Any speeding tickets, parking fines, or toll violations incurred during the rental time are 100% the renter's responsibility.
5. Late Return Policy & Speed Limits
Late Fees: We understand slight delays, but returning the vehicle significantly late disrupts bookings for other customers. A penalty of ₹200 to ₹500 per hour will be charged for unnotified late returns. If it exceeds 4 hours, a full day's rent will be charged.
Speed Limits: For your safety, cars have a recommended limit of 100 km/h. Severe overspeeding, rash driving, or taking the vehicle to restricted off-road tracks may result in immediate cancellation of the trip without any refund.
